Defrost:

For Salmon & Cod Fish, they very easy & fast to defrost, normally takes lesser than 1 hour.

Just soak inside any container without taking off plastic, fill it with water, within 1 hour, it's already defrost. If it is a running water, 15-20min it is already defrost.

Without taking off the plastic it will reduce the contamination and maintain the freshness of the fish.
